General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) regulate the rights and obligations in connection with the purchase of services (tours, vouchers, etc.) from “Lama-Touren auf der Alm”, Dr. Carolina Gigleitner (business operator) and Christian Orso, 8584 Hirschegg 276, Austria.

1. Contract Formation

A contract is concluded through your booking and payment, or through an enquiry made by telephone, email, or text message (e.g. WhatsApp). There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a contract. We reserve the right to reject enquiries without providing reasons.

2. House Rules and Participation at Your Own Risk

All participants agree to take note of and comply with the house rules, which are explained verbally before the tour and provided in writing in the entrance area.

Participation takes place at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

3. Personal Fitness and Equipment Requirements

Participation in our hiking tours requires a minimum level of physical and mental fitness (including health condition, stamina, and sure-footedness).

In addition, participants must have suitable equipment appropriate for the season, weather conditions, and the selected tour (e.g. suitable sun and rain protection, hiking-appropriate footwear and clothing, drinks, and snacks).

4. Vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase. Cash payment or refunds are not possible.

The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption, either digitally on a mobile device or in printed form.

The recipient may arrange the tour date themselves. If the prices of our hiking tours change during the voucher redemption period, we reserve the right to charge the difference in price.

5. Photo Rights

All photo rights belong to Lama-Touren auf der Alm.

Guests who have provided photos to Lama-Touren, as well as the persons depicted in these photos in general, have given their express consent for the publication of these images on our website and in the ticket shop.
